White Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (12-inch size) Pizza shell
2 med. Sliced thinly Tomatoes
1/4 cup grated Romano
2 tbsps. Olive oil
2 tsps. Dried Oregano
2 med. thinly sliced Tomatoes
2 tbsps. Fresh Basil OR
2 tsps. Dried Basil
1/4 lb. grated Mozzarella
4 tsps. Chopped finely Garlic
1/4 lb. grated Provolone
Directions:
Roll out crusts into a round 12-inch shape and brush the crust lightly with some olive oil. Then sprinkle basil and garlic on the crust. Layer the slices of tomato on the crusts and then sprinkle grated Romano, mozzarella and provolone on top.
Bake inside preheated (425-450′ F) oven for 12-15 mins. or just until the cheese melts and the crust becomes light brown in color. Sprinkle oregano. You can also bake it on a parchment paper direct on the oven tiles or pizza stone.
