Smoky Salmon Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
,1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust or Italian bread shell
,1 pkg. (3 ounces) softened cream cheese
,1 can (7-1/2 ounces) salmon, drained and flaked
,1/2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes, crushed
,1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion or green onion, chopped
,1 1/2 cup smoked cheese (Swiss, Cheddar or mozzarella), shredded
,Cooking spray
Directions:
Oven should be preheated around 400′ F. Put the bread shell (pizza crust) in a cookie sheet and coat it with cooking spray.
Evenly spread out cream cheese on crust and then layer the crushed pepper flakes, chopped red or green onion, flaked salmon and shredded cheese. Cook in the oven for 10-12 mins. or bake until the cheese melts.
