Santa Fe Bacon Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Italian bread shell, 6-inches in diameter
1/4 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
2 slices meaty bacon –cut �-inch pieces, cooked crisply
1 chopped green onion
1/4 cup Cheddar & Monterey Jack Mexican Style Cheese, Shredded
1 small chopped tomato
1 tsp. olive oil
Directions:
Brush with olive oil the Italian shell and layer the shell with the remainder of the ingredients. Put directly onto an oven’s rack and bake for about 5-8 mins. at about 450′ F or just until the cheese melts. Slice in wedges and serve.
