Tortillas Pizzas Recipe


Tortillas Pizzas Recipe

Ingredients:

8 corn tortillas
1/2 cup light Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 tbsps. taco seasoning mix
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 can (14 1/2-oz.) tomatoes with mild green chilies, diced
1 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup black olives, sliced

Directions:

Oven should be preheated around 425′ F. Get 2 pieces of baking sheets and spray with some cooking spray.

In a skillet on medium high flame, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and saut� onions stirring while cooking for 3-4 mins. or just until onions become tender.

Add in taco seasoning and turkey then continue to cook while stirring so turkey breaks up in crumbles. This will take around 5-7 mins. or just until turkey browns.

Add tomatoes to browning turkey then continue to cook for 5-6 mins. more or just until liquid evaporates. In a skillet made out of cast-iron and sprayed with some cooking spray, crisp tortillas on all sides for 2 mins. on each of the sides.

Place the cooked tortillas on baking sheets.

Spread cooked turkey mix on tortillas evenly. Top pizzas with olives and shredded cheese then bake in oven until cheese melts for 6-7 mins.

Ingredients:

1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1 pkg. Crescent rolls
5 eggs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup milk
1 cup hash browns
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Oven should be preheated to 375 degrees. Oil a 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan. Roll out the crescent rolls in strips. Then press them together at the bottom and on the sides. Combine and whisk together mustard, pepper and eggs. Put the potatoes and sausage on top of the crescent rolls. Then, sprinkle grated cheddar. Pour in the egg mix all over and top with some grated parmesan. Bake in the oven for about 40 to 45 mins until there is no more liquid.

Seared Balsamic Mushroom Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

2 small purchased baked pizza crusts (each 7″. in diameter)
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup salmon, cooked and flaked
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup red onion, chopped (optional)
Nonstick cooking spray

Directions:

Oven should be heated around 450′ F. On the purchased crusts of pizza, lightly spray with some of the nonstick cooking spray. Evenly spread out half of sauce on individual crusts.

Layer the flaked salmon, chopped onions and shredded cheese. Then bake in the oven for 8 to 10 mins. until the cheese bubbles and turns a light brown.

Hot Dog Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

2 English muffins split
2 hot dogs, each cut into 12 slices
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup condensed tomato soup

Directions:

Turn oven on to 350′ F. In an ungreased baking pan, put your muffins with the cut side up. Spread each muffin with a tablespoon of the tomato soup.

Then layer 6 slices of the hotdog on each of the halves of muffin. Top with at least a tbsp. of the cheese and bake in the oven for about 8 to 10 mins until the cheese has melted.

Sloppy Joe Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

1 large prepared pizza crust, (12 inch in size)
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
3/4 cup ketchup or sloppy joe sauce
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 cup green onions, sliced

Directions:

Oven should be preheated around 425′ F. In a skillet, cook and brown beef for about 8-10 mins. on medium heat until beef no longer appears pink while constantly stirring. Drain the drippings.

Add in sloppy Joe sauce or ketchup, seasonings and green onions until heated thoroughly. Put the prepared crust in a baking sheet and then top with the beefy mixture then sprinkle shredded cheese.

Cook in the oven for 12-15 mins. or just until the cheese melts.

Ingredients:

1 lb. pork sausage
1 cup hash browns
1 cup shredded cheese
5 eggs with milk to scramble
1 (8 oz.) package of crescent rolls

Directions:

In a well greased 9×12 inch baking pan, spread the crescent rolls until they fit the pan’s bottom. Be sure to bring up the dough on the edges. Next, seal the seams. In a skillet, brown the sausage and then drain the drippings.

Put the cooked sausage on the crescent rolls. Then, cover it with the potatoes and scrambled eggs. Lastly, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and bake for about 20 mins in a 375 degree oven

Ingredients:

1 pita bread
1 marinated artichoke heart, drained and rinsed well
1 oz. shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
Fresh Basil, sliced or chopped
sun-dried tomato halves, rehydrated with water and chopped
red pepper, hot or mild, fresh or roasted

Directions:

Layer your pita rounds with the shredded mozzarella. Next, arrange the artichoke hearts, slices of red pepper, tomatoes and the chopped basil. Broil the pita breads until they are bubbling and hot.

1 (8 ounce) can refrigerator crescent dinner rolls
6 eggs beaten
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

In a slightly oiled 12-inch pizza pan, spread the crescent rolls until they cover the pan’s bottom. Then, seal the edges. Mix together bacon, cheese and eggs and pour this over the crescent roll crust. Oven bake for about 12 to 15 mins in a 375 degree oven. Cut it like regular pizza and then serve.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cream cheese with chives
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsps. creamy horseradish sauce
1 prepared Boboli pizza crust
1 1/2 cup cubed cooked ham
1 1/2 cup chopped plum tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing

Directions:

In a bowl, mix together well the cream cheese, horseradish and mayonnaise. Evenly spread out this mixture on your Boboli crust. Put lettuce, ham and tomatoes on the top and then slightly drizzle the dressing. Slice into pizza wedges. Serve.

Hot-N-Sweet-Pizza-Recipe


Hot �n Sweet Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pkg. (6-oz. size) Canadian bacon slices, quartered
1 (10-oz. size) round pre-baked thin crust Italian bread shell
1 can (8-oz. size) can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
1 can (8-oz. size) pizza sauce
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tbsps. Seeded jalape�o chilies (or to taste)
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:

Oven should be heated to 400′ F. In a big ungreased sheet for baking, place the prebaked shell and spread out the sauce all over the shell. Then arrange the remainder of the ingredients on the top and bake for about 8-10 mins in the oven until the cheese has melted and other ingredients have been heated thoroughly.

Slice in wedges and serve.

Ingredients:

1 unbaked pizza crust
1 cup spaghetti sauce
12 ozs. cubed Spam
1 chopped onion
8 ozs. sliced mushrooms
1 chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven around 425′ F. In a skillet, heat the oil and saut� the vegetables until they are tender. Place the spam and saut�ed assorted vegetables on the pizza crust and place the crust on pizza pan or baking sheet.

Pour in sauce on the spam and then sprinkle shredded mozzarella. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 mins. or just until the cheese melts and bubbles.

Ingredients:

1/2 lb. sausage, hot or mild
8 oz. tube crescent rolls
1 1/2 cup hash browns, thawed and crumbled
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
7 eggs beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsps. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

In a skillet, cook the sausage then drain it. In a well greased 12-inch pizza pan, roll out your dough and seal the edges. Put the cooked sausage. Next, sprinkle the hash browns. Mix together salt, pepper, milk and eggs and pour this mixture over the hash browns and sausage. Lastly, sprinkle on the cheeses and bake for about 22-25 mins in a 350 degree oven.

Pita Pizza For One Recipe


Pita Pizza For One Recipe

Ingredients:

1 large pita bread round, split horizontally
2 tbsps. pizza sauce
3 ozs. lean ground beef
2 tbsps. canned mushrooms, chopped
1 tbsp. mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tbsps. green pepper, chopped
1/8 tsp. crushed dried oregano
Red Pepper, Crushed (optional)

Directions:

Cook green pepper and beef in a skillet until the meat has browned the peppers have become soft. Drain the drippings. Add in sauce, oregano and mushrooms then continue cooking, stirring occasionally for a minute or just until the meat mix has been thoroughly heated.

Evenly spread out the meaty mixture on the half of pita and you can top it with some red pepper if you want. Layer the shredded mozzarella and then place the pita rounds on baking sheet. Cook by broiling the pita pizzas about 3-4 inches away from the heat for 2 mins. or just until the cheese has melted.
