Little English Muffin Pizzas Recipe
Ingredients:
4 English Muffins
1 pkg. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 jar Pizza Quick Sauce
1 pkg. pepperoni, sliced
Directions:
Cut into half each of the muffin and toast them until they are lightly browned. Evenly spread out Pizza Quick Sauce on individual muffin halves. Layer the slices of pepperoni and sprinkle with a generous amount of mozzarella. Bake at 350′ F or just until cheese has melted and starts to bubble.
Low Carb Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. bacon
2 (8 ounce) pkgs. of cheese (mozzarella, pizza cheese, etc)
1 pkg. pepperoni
1 cup of pizza sauce
Directions:
In a skillet cook together the beef and sausage until they are browned. Drain them well. Add in a package of the cheese to the mixture. Evenly spread this mixture out on your cookie sheet (this serves as crust).
Spread out sauce on your meaty and cheese crust and then top it with half of the second cheese package. In a pan, cook bacon then drain it and crumble to bits. Layer in pepperoni and crumbled bacon then add the remainder of the cheese. Bake at 350′ F until it is brown or for about 30 mins.
Hawthorne�s Lane�s Pepperoni Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs. Pizza dough (see below for recipe)
2 ozs. Gingrass Family Smoked Pepperoni, thinly sliced (1/8″ or less)
1/2 cup Buffalo mozzarella, cubed into � inch pieces (about 4 ounces)
2 tbsps. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 Red bell pepper, roasted, peeled and sliced into � inch strips
2 cups Whole milk grated mozzarella cheese (loosely packed)
12 Kalamata olives
2 tbsps. Italian parsley, chopped
1 tsp. Virgin olive oil
For Pizza Dough:
1 1/2 cup Warm water (around 90� F.)
4 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Fresh yeast
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Honey
Directions:
To make the dough: (Recipe is good for 6 individual pizzas)
In electric mixer fitted with a dough hook, mix together honey, flour & salt and make sure that the mixture is evenly distributed. Add in yeast and water. Continue mixing on low speed for another 2 mins to form dough.
Increase mixer speed to about medium and mix again for 6 mins more. If any dough seems about to rise out of your bowl, just push it back in.
Next, add in oil and still continue mixing it together until oil has been absorbed by your dough. Dust lightly with flour a flat surface then place your dough onto it and start to knead using your hands until dough stiffens.
Form the dough in a tight ball then let it rest for about 30 mins underneath a damp towel or cloth. Divide into 4 equal portions weighing about half an ounce each and then shape the dough into balls using your hands.
To make the pizza:
Oven should be preheated to about 500′ F & then put a tile or baking stone inside the oven for it to be heated. Roll out dough into about 10-inch circles with the use of a rolling pin or you can also stretch or pound the dough into shape.
Sprinkle some semolina or cornmeal on a pizza peel or cutting board and then place the rolled out dough onto the board.
Brush some olive oil on each of your dough’s center and evenly spread out mozzarella until there is only about 1/2 inch left of the rim of your dough that has not been spread with cheese.
Layer peppers (roasted), cubed mozzarella (buffalo) and olives. Then, put the prepared pizzas inside oven to cook. Bake in your oven for about 5 mins and remove them.
Next, layer the pepperoni’s that have been sliced and put parmesan cheese over. Put the pizza back in the oven to continue baking for 5 mins more until crust’ edges have turned golden and cheese is bubbling.
Take out of your oven then place on the board and then sprinkle over it the italian chopped parsley and slice in 6-8 pieces before serving.
Tri-State Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
20 ozs. pizza dough
8 ozs. no salt added tomato sauce
5 ozs. diced Canadian bacon
6 ozs. no salt added tomato paste
3 ozs. sliced pepperoni
1/4 tsp. red pepper, crushed
8 ozs. shredded Italian six cheese
1 clove minced garlic
8 ozs. sliced mushrooms
1 small minced onion
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
vegetable cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven around 400′ F. In a bowl, combine together garlic, Italian seasoning, tomato paste, red pepper and tomato sauce and mix well. Get two pizza pie pans and spray them with your vegetable cooking spray.
Cut the pizza dough in 2 equal portions and then spread them out on the pans evenly. Also divide pre prepared sauce between 2 pizzas then spread them evenly on each dough.
Layer with diced bacon, mushrooms and slices of pepperoni and top with shredded cheese. Cook in the oven for about 18 mins.
French Bread Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 loaf French bread
1/2 lb. sausage, browned & drained
30 ozs. jar spaghetti or pizza sauce
1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced
black olives, Sliced
16 ozs. shredded mozzarella cheese
fresh mushrooms, Sliced
Optional Toppings: Candied bacon, green peppers, onion, ground beef
Directions:
Slice lengthwise the French bread and then put them on a cookie sheet. Evenly spread out sauce on the bread up to edges.
Layer with pepperoni and sausage and then with any topping that you want and finishing with shredded mozzarella. Bake in the oven for 20 mins. at around 350′ F. Then slice in pieces prior to serving.
If you plan to serve them later just wrap the assembled pizzas tightly with some foil then place in the refrigerator to freeze. When ready to use, just take out the foil and be sure to thaw pizzas prior to baking.
Microwave Mini Pizzas Recipe
Ingredients:
48 slices pepperoni (optional)
1 (6 count) package English muffins
8 ozs. package Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 small jar of pizza sauce (any flavor)
Directions:
Evenly spread sauce on the muffins. Layer four pepperoni slices on the individual muffins. Then sprinkle cheese on the top and then bake in the microwave for about 2 mins or just until the cheese melts.
Pumpkin Pizzas Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs. (6-in.) Italian bread shells
1 pkg. (3-1/2 ozs.) pepperoni slices
2/3 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
2 cherry tomatoes cut into halves
4 slices (1 oz. each) American cheese, cut into triangles
1/4 cup broccoli florets
Directions:
Oven should be preheated around 375′ F. In an ungreased baking sheet, place the italian shells and spread out pizza or spaghetti sauce evenly on the shells. Layer next with slices of pepperoni.
Put the triangular pieces of cheese on the sauce and make the jack-o’-lantern faces. Then, add the halved tomatoes to create noses and the florets of broccoli to form eyes. Bake in the oven for 10-12 mins. or just until the cheese melts.
Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can (10 ounce size) Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
7 pcs. string cheese
20 slices Pepperoni
Directions:
Preheat oven around 425′ F and lightly grease a 13×9-inch pan. Roll out dough then press into the bottom of the pan with at least an inch up at the sides. Arrange sting cheese pieces at the edges inside of the dough.
Fold an inch of the dough around and over the string cheese then press the dough’s edges together for sealing. Evenly spread out sauce on pizza crust and layer mozzarella and pepperoni as well.
Bake in the oven for about 15-18 mins. around 425′ F until cheese melts and crust has turned a golden brown.
Make-Ahead French Bread Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 loaf french bread
3 cups Spaghetti Sauce
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
3 ozs. Slices of pepperoni
Directions:
Assemble the recipe the same day that you are going to serve it.
Sore in your refrigerator by freezing the following ingredients: Sauces should be stored in a container that holds about 3 cups, the cheese separated in 2 bags that are each a quart, and the pepperoni in another bag while your bread is wrapped in foil.
When ready to serve just thaw out your French bread, cheeses, pepperoni and sauce. Cut the bread lengthwise into 2 and spread a layer of the sauce. Arrange the slices of pepperoni and put in the cheeses on both halves of the bread.
Oven should be set to around 550′ F or to broiling and then put the halves on a baking sheet and bake them until the mozzarella melts. Slice in pieces and then serve
