Pizza With Pork and Peppers Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Boboli pizza crust
1 (1-lb.) pork tenderloin cut in 1/4-by-3-inch strips
1 cup bottled tomato pasta sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 cup reduced-fat mozzarella, shredded
Directions:
Oven should be preheated around 450′ F. In a bowl, mix together pepper, salt, oregano and garlic powder. Add in the strips of pork and mix together until seasonings stick to your tenderloin strips. Toss in the onions and mix well.
In a nonstick skillet, heat some oil and then saut� pork and the sliced onions, continuously stirring for about 3-4 mins. until onions become tender.
Add strips of red and green bell peppers onto skillet and continue to cook for about 3-4 mins. again or just until pork isn’t pink anymore.
In a cookie or baking sheet, put the Boboli crust and evenly spread out tomato pasta sauce on crust but leave at least an inch at the crust’ edges to act as border.
Arrange the strips of peppers and pork that were cooked earlier on top the pasta sauce then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella. Bake in the oven for about 10 mins. or just until cheese melts and crust has been warmed all over.
Bacon Spinach Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can (10 ounces in size) Refrigerated Pizza Crust
1 pkg. (9 ounce size) Chopped Frozen Spinach
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion
1 pkg. (6ounces size) refrigerated cooked Italian-style chicken breast strips, chopped
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. (2.8 to 3 ounce size) precooked bacon slices, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Directions:
Grease well a 15 by 10 by 1 inch pan for baking. Roll out the refrigerated frozen dough and put in the oiled pan. Press the dough to the edge of the pan and be sure to start at its center. Put in the oven and bake for about 9-13 mins in a temperature of 400′ F or just until the edges turn a light golden brown.
Cook spinach as per package directions. Drain them well and even squeeze them out so that any excess liquid will be removed. On a skillet, heat some oil on medium high heat. Then, add in the onions and cook for about 3-4 mins or until they are soft and tender. Stir frequently.
Take out the crust that has been partially baked in your oven and top the crust with the onions, cheese, bacon and spinach.
Put it back in your oven and bake for another additional 9-12 mins or just until the cheese is melting. Then cut in squares. Serve.
Fig and Prosciutto Pizza Recipe
For Dough:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 pkg. active dry yeast, which has always been in a refrigerator
3/4 cup warm water, no hotter than 110′ F
1 pinch of sugar
2 tsps. Sea-salt
2 tbsps. olive oil
Olive oil for the resting bowl
For Pizza:
pizza dough from the recipe above
1/2 lb. Prosciutto di Parma from San Daniele. Do not use a substitute.
1 tbsp. fennel seeds
1 pint fresh figs, stems removed, sliced to the thickness of a pea.
Extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
To make pizza dough: Dissolve the package of yeast by combining with water and sugar for around 7-10 mins. Prepare your mixer and fit it with dough hook and add your yeast,water and sugar mixture inside it.Add in salt, flour and olive oil. Let mixer combine them well til a ball of dough is formed. After ball of dough is formed, let it rest. This takes about 3 mins.
After resting pizza dough, pulse it for 3 more times. Dust some flour lightly on any flat surface and place your dough on it and start kneading for around 5 mins.
In a bowl that is coated with oil, place your dough inside it and make sure to turn dough around the bowl so all sides of your dough is covered in oil. Place a plastic wrap on top of bowl containing dough. Let it rise in warm location for around 2 hrs.
After dough has rested, punch it down at the center to release gases. Take dough out on any flat surface that is dusted lightly with flour and then cut into 2 equal portions. Freeze other portion to use some other time. Make a ball of dough with other portion and then cover in a bowl and make sure to let stand for 30 mins.
For topping of this pizza: In a dry hot pan, toast some fennel seeds for 5 mins. and set this aside. Turn on oven and heat it to around 475′ F and place the pizza stone on oven’s top rack.
Please use cookie or baking sheet which doesn’t have any edges. Sprinkle cornmeal or wondra flour on sheet and roll your pizza dough out to pizza stone’s size.
Place the rolled out dough on your floured cookie sheet. Arrange layers of figs & prosciutto on top. Sprinkle toasted seeds of fennel on your pizza. Place pizza on pizza stone from cookie sheet with sliding motion. Be fast when sliding out pizza.
Bake in oven for around 5 mins. or just until crust’ bottom is crisp and appears golden in color. Take out your pizza the oven and from pizza stone using a spatula and sheet pan as well. Prior to serving, place the cooked pizza on a board and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Slice into squares and serve.
White Pizza with Mascarpone and Smoked Mozzarella Recipe
Ingredients:
1 large Boboli pizza shell
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 tsp. fresh oregano, chopped
or
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
2 garlic cloves, chopped
8 ozs. smoked mozzarella, grated
1/4 cup mascarpone
1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped
or
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
Oven should be preheated around 450′ F. Mozzarella should now be grated and then set aside. For the herbs, if you are using the fresh ones, chop a lot of them and measure out 1 tsp. for oregano and thyme.
In a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of mascarpone and 1/2 cup of ricotta then season some salt & lots of pepper and be sure to blend them well. Put the Boboli shell on the baking pan then brush pizza crust with 1 tbsp. of olive oil.
Using a clean spatula evenly spread out ricotta & mascarpone mixture on the Boboli shell.
Layer grated mozzarella on top and sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs and the garlic. Bake in oven for about 15 mins. or just until cheese bubbles and pizza is heated through.
Take out pizza from oven then let cool for about 2 mins. prior to slicing them in pieces.
Mediterranean Pita Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground lamb (or you can substitute with turkey or chicken)
4 large fresh pita breads
2 tbsps. vegetable oil
1 med. onion, minced finely
4 ozs. crumled feta cheese
1/2 diced green bell pepper
1 tsp. coriander
2 tbsps. tomato paste
1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
4 sprigs fresh oregano or � tsp. dried oregano
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped roughly
Water (optional)
1 tsp. cumin
Olive oil (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Freshly torn basil (optional)
Directions:
Note: If the pita breads that you are using are quite sturdy, then you can place the pizzas right on the oven’s rack but if they are not, then put a baking sheet in your oven when starting to preheat.
Oven should be preheated around 500′ F. In a skillet, heat some oil on medium heat and saute onions and the peppers until they sweat and soften for around 5 mins. Add in meat and a little oil if needed so meat will not stick to the pan.
As the meat cooks and browns, separate them up so that they will brown evenly with your vegetables. When meat has been broken down in bits, add in oregano, coriander and cumin. Season with pepper and salt. Continue sauteeing for around a minute or more and wait for the seasonings to give out their aromas.
Add in tomato paste then some water if meat mix dries out. Lower your heat down to medium low flame and for 3 to 4 mins simmer the meaty mixture until cooked. Be ready to prep toppings.
Start assembling the pita pizzas by putting 1 tbsp. of the grated parmesan on each pita. Divide the meat mix to 4 equal portions to spread on top of the pitas after the parmesan. Follow with olives, tomatoes and feta.
Bake in oven for 10 mins or just until the cheese is melting slightly and bread is turning crisp and browned. Before serving, drizzle lightly with some olive oil and sprinkle basil.
Camper’s Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
12 ozs. ground beef, 80% lean
1 med. Onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
8 ozs. refrigerated crescent rolls
8 ozs. pizza sauce
4 ozs. mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped
2 1/4 ozs. ripe olives, pitted and sliced
1/3 cup green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
4 ozs. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
Directions:
In an 11-12 inch skillet, cook the onions and beef on medium heat over coals until beef is not anymore pink. Stir occasionally so that the beef breaks up and is not lumpy. After beef has been cooked, drain them on paper towels and sprinkle some salt.
Then discard the beef drippings from the skillet. Separate the crescent rolls and form triangle like dough shapes and place these crescent rolls on the skillet.
Press the edges together and this will now form the bottom crust of your pizza and make sure that there is about 1 inch of the crescent rolls up the side to form the rim. Evenly distribute about half of your pizza sauce all over the crust and put the cooked beef over it.
Put bell pepper, mushrooms and olives on the top. Spread the remainder of the sauce all over and then sprinkle the oregano and cheese. Cook on medium heat coals and just place the skillet at the center of the grid.
Cover the cooker and cook for about 20-30 mins until the crust is browned lightly.
Beefy Potato Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
4 potatoes, sliced
1 pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 cup barbecue sauce, divided
1 green pepper, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Oven should be preheated to around 425′ F. In a shallow dish that is microwave safe, place the potatoes. Cover it with some plastic wrap and make sure that one of the corners is vented. Cook in the microwave for about 8 to 10 mins on high until the potatoes become soft. Set this aside.
Spray a 12 inches pizza pan with some nonstick cooking spray and then press the pizza dough onto the pan evenly pricking with a fork. Cook in the oven for about 10 mins. Set it aside.
Combine the 3/4 cup of the barbeque sauce with the beef and spread this mixture on the top of the pizza. Then follow the bell pepper and potatoes. Also drizzle the top of the pizza with the remainder of the barbeque sauce.
Put the cheese. Oven bake for about 10 to 15 mins or until the pizza has been heated and cooked through. Make sure the cheese has melted as well.
Sloppy Joe Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 large (16 ounce size) Italian bread shell or prepared pizza crust
1 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 cup prepared barbecue sauce
3/4 cup frozen corn, defrosted
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the oven around 425′ F. In a skillet, cook and brown beef for about 8-10 mins. on medium heat until beef is not anymore pink and stir every once in a while. Drain the drippings.
Add in green onions, salt (optional), barbeque sauce and corn and make sure to heat it all over. Put the prepared shell or crust in a baking sheet and top with the beef mix then sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake for 12-15 mins. or just until the cheese is melting. Slice in wedges before serving.
Super Stuffed Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
2 frozen thin-crust cheese pizzas (17-oz.), thawed
1/2 lb. Italian sausage, casings removed
1 cup Italian cheese blend, shredded
1 chopped small green bell pepper
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 chopped small onion
1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
Oven should be preheated around 375′ F. Put a 2 1/2 feet long of foil sheet on a 12-14-inch pizza pan. In a skillet, brown and cook onions, peppers, sausage and mushrooms on medium high flame for about 10 mins. or just until sausage turns brown and vegetables become tender while continuing to stir them.
Drain the drippings.
Put one cheese pizza with cheese side facing up and place it on pan then evenly spread out sausage mix on pizza. Then top it with remaining cheese pizza with cheese facing down and press them together.
Seal the foil together on pizzas that have been stuffed and bake in the oven for about 20-25 mins. or just until it has been heated all throughout.
Take out foil covering and then brush top of the pizza with oil then sprinkle shredded cheese and bake it again this time without a covering for about 15-20 mins. or just until cheese turns golden.
Pizza Hut Original Pan Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Dry yeast
4 cups Flour
1/4 cup Non-fat dry milk
1 1/3 cup Warm water (105� F)
9 ozs. Vegetable oil (3 ounces per pan)
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsps. Vegetable oil (for dough)
Butter flavored Pam
For the Sauce:
1 (8 Oz.) Can Tomato Sauce
1/2 tsp. Dry Basil
1 tsp. Dry Oregano
1/2 tsp. Garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Marjoram
Directions:
In a big bowl, combine together dry non-fat milk, salt, sugar and water. Mix the ingredients well together then let it sit for about 2 mins. Add the 2 tablespoons oil then stir.
Add the flour then continue to stir just until a ball of dough is formed and all the flour has been absorbed.
Lightly flour a flat surface then place the dough on it and start kneading the dough for 10 mins. Dough should then be divided into 3 equal balled portions.
Grease 3 9-inch cake pans each with about 3 ounces of the oil and make sure that oil is spread out evenly.
With a rolling pin, just roll the dough in individual balls measuring around 9-inch circles and then put inside the cake pans.
Lightly spray edges of the dough with some Pam. Then cover the pans with a plate and put in a warm place to allow rising for 1-1.5 hrs.
For the sauce: Mix together all sauce ingredients then let set it aside for an hour.
Oven should be preheated to 475′ F. For each of the 9-inch pizzas, evenly spread about 1/3 cup of the sauce over the dough but leave at least an inch at the border.
Put about 1.5 ounces of mozzarella (shredded) on top of the sauce.
Top your pizza in the following order: Some ham or pepperoni, vegetable meats (browned beef or ground sausage) and then layer again with at least 3 ounces of mozzarella.
Cook the pizza until the cheese bubbles and the outer pizza crust has browned.
Peperonata and Sausage Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
12 ozs. Whole-Wheat Pizza Dough or other prepared dough
Cornmeal for dusting
1 link Italian turkey sausage, remove casing
For the Peperonata:
1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
3 tsps. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1/8 tsp. red pepper, crushed
1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup onions, slivered
2 cloves minced garlic
3/4 cup tomato, diced
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsps. red-wine vinegar
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions:
Oven should be preheated at 500′ F and place an inverted baking sheet or pizza stone on oven’s lowest rack. Using a cooking spray, lightly grease a pan (12 1/2-inch in size) and then sprinkle it with some cornmeal as well.
In a skillet, brown the sausage on medium flame and turn it occasionally until it has cooked thoroughly for about 10-12 mins. Drain it and slice in 1/4-inch slices. Afterwards, prepare the peperonata.
In a big skillet, heat at least 2 tsps. of oil on medium flame. Saute bell pepper and onions for 4-6 mins. until soft. Next, add in red pepper (crushed) and garlic while stirring occasionally and continue to cook for a minute more.
Add in tomatoes and then cook 3 mins more. Take out of heat and add pepper, vinegar and salt. Place in a plate to cool.
Dust lightly with flour a flat surface and roll out dough in a 13″ circle. Place dough on pan that was prepared earlier. Edges should be turned under to have a rim and brush rim lightly with 1 tsp. oil.
Layer grated mozzarella on crust except for about 1/2-inch at the border. Arrange the sausage and peperonata then sprinkle a layer of parmesan. Put the pizza pan on your baking sheet or pizza stone that was heated. Bake pizza for about 10-14 mins. or just until bottom has turned golden and crisp. Serve while hot.
Club Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 prebaked thin Italian pizza crust
10 ozs. prepared Alfredo sauce
10 ozs. chopped frozen spinach — thawed and drained
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
1 cup chopped tomato
6 slices bacon — cooked and crumbled
Directions:
Heat your oven up to around 450′ F. On an unoiled cookie or baking sheet, put in your italian thin crust pizza. Evenly spread some alfredo sauce on the crust.
Put bacon, tomato, chicken and spinach on top and bake for about 8-10 mins or just until the pizza is cooked well.
Mushroom Turkey And Swiss Cheese Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 small Pizza shell (6 inch round)
4 White mushrooms
3 slices Swiss cheese, sliced thinly
3 slices Turkey or ham, sliced thinly
2 tsps. Olive oil
1 med. Tomato, sliced thinly
2 tsps. parsley or basil, chopped
Coarsely ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
If you want a Southwestern twist to the pizza, just replace with smoked chicken breast slices & with Monterey Jack cheese. Top it with a sprinkling of cilantro. For an Italian twist, add mozzarella and prosciutto.
Oven should be preheated around 450′ F. Mushrooms should be wiped clean then the stems trimmed, then sliced. In a skillet, heat some oil and saute the slices of mushroom for about 2 mins. on high flame stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
Arrange the slices of turkey on the top of the shell. Layer tomato and the slices of mushroom and lightly sprinkle some pepper and add in most of the parsley (leave a little amount of parsley for garnish). Finish with a layer of the cheese.
Bake in oven until the cheese bubbles and has turned golden in color for 8 to 10 mins.Take out of the oven and place remainder of the parsley on top. Serve while hot.
Foldover Biscuit Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can (12-ounce size) Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
1 can (4-ounce size) Mushroom Pieces and Stems, drained
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (8-ounce size) tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (8-ounce size) sliced mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Oven should be heated to 400′ F. Get a cooking sheet and make sure to grease it well. In a skillet, cook green peppers, beef and onions on medium heat for about 8-10 mins just until the beef is cooked well. Drain the drippings from the skillet.
Add in mushrooms, tomato sauce, oregano, salt and pepper then stir them together well. Lower the heat and simmer the mixture while the biscuit dough is being prepared. Separate the dough in equal portions of 10. On the cookie sheet that was greased already, roll or press the biscuits in order to make 14×10 inch rectangles.
Cover half of the dough with the beef mixture and place the slices of cheese over it. Fold the dough on top of the slices of cheese to make a rectangle and using a fork, press the edges to seal it. Oven bake the dish for about 15-20 mins until it is golden brown at 400′ F.
California Pizza Kitchen Grilled Eggplant Cheeseless Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
Pizza dough as needed
4 Japanese eggplants, sliced lengthwise 1/8-in. thick
4 cups Fresh spinach, cut in 1/4-in. strips
2/3 cup Red onion, sliced in 1/8-in. rings
3 Tbsp, Olive oil, divided
1/4 tsp. Cumin
6 Oil-packed, sun-dried tomatoes, drained, patted dry, julienned
A pinch Cayenne pepper
2 tbsps. chopped Fresh cilantro
Balsamic vinegar optional
1/2 tsp. Soy sauce
Extra-virgin olive oil optional
Directions:
Mix together cayenne, cumin, soy sauce and a tablespoon of olive oil. Coat all sides of the slices of eggplant with the mixture. Throw out the outside slices that are skin-covered.
Eggplant should be grilled for 2-3 mins. on each side then set it aside. Dough should be shaped in two 9-inch circles then brush individual pizzas with at least a tablespoon of olive oil. Then follow with onion rings and the grilled eggplant.
Cook in the oven for 8 mins. at around 500′ F or just until the crusts turns golden. Cut pizza into slices and sprinkle cilantro then the strips of spinach.
Finally finish with a garnishing of the sun-dried tomatoes and serve the pizza with olive oil & balsamic vinegar on the side.
Peking Duck Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pizza crusts (9-inch size)
1 lb. boneless duck breast, skin on
8 scallions, slivered, white part only
10 small won-ton wrappers cut into 1/2 inch strips
2 tbsps. hoisin sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 cup olive oil, for frying
cornmeal (for dusting the pan)
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups mushrooms (white, oyster & shitake)
Directions:
Coat duck with 1/4 cup of the hoisin sauce then bake in the oven. After it has cooked, duck should be chilled inside the refrigerator. Then cut the duck in 1/8-inch pieces.
In a deep pan, heat some olive oil and fry the strips of won-ton until they are crispy and brown. Drain them on paper towels and be sure to set them aside. In the same pan, add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and saut� the mushrooms then set it aside.
Roll out the 9-inch round doughs and evenly spread about 1-2 tsps. of the hoisin over it. Layer with the scallions, duck slices and shredded mozzarella. Top with the mushrooms that were saut�ed earlier.
Place in the oven and bake for about 9-10 mins at 500′ F until the cheese bubbles. It is preferable to use a pizza stone for baking the dish. Cut pizza into slices and then place the fried strips of won-ton and the drizzle with hoisin in a pattern resembling that of the web of a spider.
Corn Bread Pizza Wheels Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (16 oz. size) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (8 oz. size) tomato sauce
4 tsps. chili powder
1 jar (4 oz. size) diced pimientos, drained
1 can (4 oz. size) chopped green chilies, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsps. cornmeal
2 tubes (11-1/2 oz. size) refrigerated corn bread twists
Shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and sour cream
Directions:
Cook beef in skillet on medium flame. Make sure that the ground beef is not anymore pink in color. Drain the drippings. Add in chili powder, tomato sauce & beans. Simmer the mixture uncovered just until all liquid evaporates. Take out of the heat.
Then add in cheese, pimientos and chilies. Set it aside. Lightly grease 2 14-inch pizza pans and sprinkle some cornmeal. Press the cornbread dough in 14 inch circles on the individual pan. Using a sharp knife, cut an X in the dough’s center measuring about 7 inches in length and then cut again another X with the same measurements to make 8 pie-shaped wedges at its center.
Then, spoon out filling all around edges of your pizza. Fold your dough points over your filling and then tuck under the rings. Pinch so that the edges will seal. (Filling is going to be seen).
Bake in your oven for about 15 to 20 mins at around 400′ F or just until it has turned golden in color. Fill the middle with sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes.
Heart Shaped Valentine Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 large prebaked Pizza shell or Foccacia bread
12 cooked large Shrimp
1/3 cup Pizza sauce
1 med. Red Bell Pepper
Olive oil
1/3 cup grated Mozzarella or Jack cheese
Minced Basil
3 pcs. artichoke hearts; frozen and thawed, sliced
Directions:
Shape the shells or foccacia in heart shapes and then place them on a baking sheet or pizza pie pan. Evenly spread out sauce onto the hearts but leave a bit of pizza’s edge without any sauce.
Then, sprinkle grated cheese and layer in the shrimps in 2 with the tails touching together forming shrimp hearts atop your grated mozzarella.
Do the exact same thing for your bell pepper slices. Also distribute the artichoke hearts all over pizza hearts and then lightly drizzle with oil. You can put some minced basil if you like. Oven bake the pizzas until the cheese is melting and the pizzas are cooked at 375′ F. Serve while hot.

1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
3 tbsps. soy sauce
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
3 tbsps. chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup baby corn, sliced
2 tbsps. lime juice
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsps. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 doves minced garlic
1/3 cup water
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. red pepper, crushed
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Directions:
Oven should be preheated around 450′ F. Pizza crust should be prepared as well. Mix together red pepper (crushed), ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, peanut butter, garlic, lime juice and black pepper in a measuring cup. Stir well.
In a skillet on medium -high flame, spray some cooking spray and then cook shrimp, stirring for about 5-7 mins. or just until the shrimp turns opaque and pink.
Put the shrimp in a bowl. On the same pan where you cooked the shrimps, add some vinger and make the mixture boil then reduce the heat to medium-low afterwards simmer for 3-4 mins. or just until it is quite thick.
Mix together water and cornstarch in another bowl then stir continuously until it turns smooth. Next, add the cornstarch mix to the vinegar that you thickened on the skillet and lightly stir this for 5 mins. or just until it thickens.
Take it out of the heat. Meanwhile, layer the shredded mozzarella on the dough and then spread out the vinegar mix on top of the cheese.
Finish with a topping of the shrimps, baby corn, green onions and chopped bell peppers and then bake in the oven for about 18-20 mins. or just until the cheese melts and crust turns a golden brown. Sprinkle chopped cilantro before serving.

1 small thinly sliced Tomato
1 cup Jack cheese, Shredded

1 tsp. Lemon zest
6 slices Bacon — Cooked And Drained
