Barbecue Chicken Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crust
1/2 cup hickory-flavored barbecue sauce
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, sliced thin
1 med. red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. salt, divided
3 tbsps. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
1 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 cups smoked Gouda (grated) or mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Directions:
Preheat oven around 450′ F. With a heavy duty foil, cover a baking sheet and set aside. Wash the chicken then dry it out and season with 1/4 tsp. of salt & some pepper as well.
In a skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat and then saute chicken for 2 mins. or just until the outside is not anymore pink.
Take out chicken slices from the pan using a slotted spoon. Add in mushrooms and onions on the pan and add the remaining salt then saut� for 3 mins. or just until the onions are translucent.
Take the pan out of the heat and return the chicken back to the pan. Add in barbecue sauce to the pan too. Put the crust on the baking sheet and layer half of the cheese on the crust then top the chicken mixture.
Sprinkle the other half of the cheese then bake for about 10-12 mins. at around 450′ F or just until the cheese is melting and crust has turned crispy. Let cool for 3 mins. prior to cutting it. Serve while hot.
Heart Shaped Mozzarella and Fontina Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast half, cut into small cubes
artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
4 ozs. shredded Fontina cheese
4 tsps. butter, divided
1 leek, cut in 1-inch strips
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 red pepper, sliced thinly
1/4 cup pesto
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Oven should be preheated to about 425′ F. Roll out the pizza crust and form it into the shape of a heart. You can use a template made of cardboard or paper towels to get the heart shape or just use your hands.
Place your shaped dough onto a well greased sheet for baking and cook according to the directions on the dough’s container for prebaking it. Set aside after it has been prebaked.
In a skillet, melt 2 teaspoons butter and saut� the leeks and onions until they are about tender. Take them off the skillet then melt the remaining 2 teaspoons of butter and cook the chicken on it until it is browned lightly and cooked through.
Evenly spread out the pesto all over the crust that has been prebaked.
Layer it with the cooked chicken, red peppers, artichoke hearts and the leeks. Sprinkle with the shredded cheeses then bake for about 7-10 mins at around 425′ F. Top pizza with the oregano before serving.
Barbeque Chicken & Bacon Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Italian pizza crusts (6 to 7 inch)
1 pkg. (6 ounces) Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Meat
1/4 cup Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup Bacon Pieces, Cooked and Chopped
3/4 cup Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1/4 cup each chopped green onion, tomato and bell pepper (optional)
Directions:
Evenly spread out barbecue sauce on the crusts. Layer with peppers, tomato, onions, bacon, cheese and cuts of the breasts of chicken then place the pizza on a cookie sheet.
Cook and bake in the oven for about 8-10 mins. at around 450′ F or just until the pizzas are heated thoroughly.
BBQ Chicken Pizza Recipe II
Ingredients:
1 (10-oz.) Italian cheese-flavored pizza crust (such as Boboli)
2/3 cup plum tomato, diced
3/4 cup tomato chutney
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
2 cups roasted skinless, boneless chicken breasts, chopped
3/4 cup extra-sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Oven should be preheated to around 450′ F. Put the crust on the baking sheet and bake for about 3 mins. at around 450′ F. Take out of the oven then spread the chutney on the crust but leave at least half an inch to make a border at the sides.
Next, layer the chicken and sprinkle green onions, cheese and tomatoes that have been diced. Bake in the oven for about 9 mins. or just until the cheese has melted. Slice pizza in wedges and serve.
Boursin Chicken Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pizza crust
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic — minced
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
3/4 cup light boursin cheese, crumbled
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Nonstick cooking spray
2 tbsp. olive oil — divided
2 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
Directions:
First prepare your pizza crust. Then combine oregano, garlic, basil, white wine, 1 tbsp. of olive oil and juice of the lemon. Transfer your wine mixture to a large zip lock bag. Then add your chicken to the bag, knead it and seal to cover your chicken in the marinade.
Put it in your fridge then marinate for at least two hours but it’s more delicious when you marinate it overnight if you like it to be tastier. After, removing your chicken from the marinade, throw it away.
Heat your oven on medium heat then spray nonstick cooking spray on skillet. Put your chicken in. Stir and cook it for about 12-15 mins. or when it’s light brown in color and has no pinkish color in the center.
After it is cooked, put it in your chopping board. If chicken has already cooled, divide it into 1/2 inch pieces. Set your oven at 450′F. Put 1 tbsp. of olive oil in your dough, just enough for it to make your dough moist.
Then top it with boursin cheese, chicken, chives and basil. Bake it for about 18-20 mins. or when crust turns golden & the cheese starts to melt.
BBQ Chicken Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (12- inch) pre-baked pizza crust
1 cup hickory flavored barbecue sauce
3 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. molasses
1 cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese
Directions:
Oven should be preheated to around 425′ F. On a saucepan on medium high flame, mix cilantro, chicken, honey, barbecue sauce, molasses and sugar. Bring this mixture to boiling state.
Evenly spread out chicken mix on the pizza then top the onions and shredded cheese. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 mins. or just until the cheese melts
Barbecue Chicken Pizza (Superbowl) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (16-oz.) Boboli (baked cheese pizza crust)
2 large boneless chicken breast halves
2 tbsps. olive oil
1/2 cup hickory-flavored barbecue sauce
3/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
7 ozs. Coarsely shredded smoked Gouda cheese
1 chopped green onion
Directions:
Oven should be preheated to around 450′ F for about 30 mins. Rack should be positioned at the oven’s center then place a baking sheet on the rack.
In a skillet on medium-high flame, heat some olive oil then saut� chicken that has been seasoned lightly with some pepper and salt. Cook the chicken for 5 mins. on each of its sides and make sure that it is thoroughly cooked. Place chicken on a plate and let it cool for 5 mins.
Slice the chicken in 1/3 inch-wide pieces crosswise and using a slotted spoon, place the chicken on a bowl and toss it with 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce. Sprinkle half the shredded cheese onto the Boboli and then layer out the slices of chicken and space them evenly on the pizza crust.
Spread remainder of the barbecue sauce in the bowl and sprinkle the slices of red onion on the chicken strips then drizzle 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
Layer the other half a cup of the cheese & green onions then transfer the pizza on a heated baking sheet to bake for 14 mins. or just until cheese is melting and crusts’ bottom has turned crispy. Let the pizza cool for 5 mins. prior to serving.
Santa Fe Bacon Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Italian bread shell, 6-inches in diameter
1/4 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
2 slices meaty bacon –cut �-inch pieces, cooked crisply
1 chopped green onion
1/4 cup Cheddar & Monterey Jack Mexican Style Cheese, Shredded
1 small chopped tomato
1 tsp. olive oil
Directions:
Brush with olive oil the Italian shell and layer the shell with the remainder of the ingredients. Put directly onto an oven’s rack and bake for about 5-8 mins. at about 450′ F or just until the cheese melts. Slice in wedges and serve.

Ingredients:
1 pizza crust
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 thinly sliced medium red onion
6 ozs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 diced green bell pepper
2 tsps. olive oil
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
Directions:
Prepare the crust. Oven should be preheated at 500′ F. Cut the chicken in strips measuring about 1/4-inch thick and in a saucepan, bring about 4 cups of the water to boil on high heat.
Add in the chicken strips and cover it then take out from the heat. Just set it aside and wait until the chicken is not anymore pink then drain the water. Lightly brush the crust of the pizza with oil all over and evenly spread out the barbecue sauce on the crust but leave at least an inch at the sides for borders.
Layer the onions on the sauce and then top the bell peppers, chicken and shredded cheese. Place in the oven and bake for 10 mins. or just until the crust has turned golden and sprinkle the fresh cilantro before cutting in wedges.
Buffalo Chicken Wing Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 med. pizza crust
1/2 cup chicken wing sauce, ready-made
OR
3 ozs. hot sauce
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
3/4 lb. chicken pieces
2 tbsp. Creole seasoning
3 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup oil, for frying
1/2 cup flour
6 tbsp. melted butter
4 ozs. shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
In plastic or ziplock bag, mix Cajun seasoning (Use Emeril’s Essence) and flour. Place chicken cuts inside bag one or two at a time, then shake it until chickens are covered with your flour mixture.
In your frying pan heat some oil then cook chicken for 20 mins. turning it occasionally.
Heat your oven at 425′F. Take out chicken from the pan and let it cool. Cut your chicken to 1/2 inch pieces.
Mix about 2 tsp. of your hot sauce into the cooked chicken. Spread out pizza crust on a greased baking pan that is about 14″diameter. Mix blue cheese dressing and chicken wing sauce together.
Evenly spread out sauce on the dough. Layer chicken pieces to your sauce then sprinkle mozzarella on top the cooked chicken layer. Sprinkle blue cheese atop mozzarella.
Put inside oven and bake for 20 mins. at around 425′F or when cheese turns light brown in color.
California Pizza Kitchen�s Thai Chicken Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsps. active dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
Topping
1/2 lb. chicken breast, cut in 1/4-inch strips
1 shredded carrot
3 tbsps. brewed tea
3 1/2 tbsps. peanut butter
2 tbsps. soy sauce
3 tbsps. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. minced ginger
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp. green onions
2 tsps. chili oil
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tsps. honey
2 tbsps. toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Directions:
To make dough: Inside a bowl, mix together honey and warm water and be sure to incorporate them well. Then sprinkle yeast on water and be sure to stir the mixture so that it will dissolve. Allow the yeasty mixture to rest for about 5 mins. or just until a foamy layer appears on its surface.
In a bowl, mix together salt and flour then form a small well in the middle of flour & salt mixture then add in olive oil & yeast mixture.
Flour should be stirred into wet ingredients just until flour has been totally incorporated into it. If quite dry then add some water.
Lightly flour a surface and place your dough on it then start kneading for about 15 mins. or just until dough appears elastic and smooth.
Form dough in balls and place inside a large well greased bowl. Then cover it with damp cloth or towl and allow to rise in any warm area just until dough has doubled in size (usually 1.5 hrs.).
To make topping: Mix together peanut butter, tea, rice vinegar, soy sauce, chili oil, ginger, honey and sesame oil inside a blender.
Blend them until they are smooth then set it aside. In a skillet, saut� the strips of chicken that have been seasoned with some salt and red pepper in about 2 tbsps. olive oil just until they are done (7mins.).
The strips of chicken should then be coated in about 2 tbsps. of peanut sauce and refrigerate. Punch down dough and cut in two equal parts. Each half of dough should then be rolled out in 9-inch flat circles.
Evenly spread out 1/4 cup of peanut sauce on individual pizza crusts and distribute half of shredded cheese on top your sauce and repeat this procedure on other pizza dough as well.

Arrange half of cooked chicken on top shredded cheese and do the same with the other pizza.
Put the assembled pizzas inside your oven (atop pizza stones) for 8 to 10 mins then bake them until the crust has turned crisp and mozzarella cheese bubbles. Take the cooked pizzas out of your oven then sprinkle them with cilantros and carrots
California Pizza Kitchen Original BBQ Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2 cups Gouda cheese
10 ozs. chicken breast – boned and skinned
2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cilantro
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 small red onion – sliced into rings
Directions:
For pizza dough:
Dissolve honey in warm water inside a glass bowl. Sprinkle yeast on water then mix it until yeast dissolves. Allow yeast mix to rest for about 5 mins. or until foam layer appears on its surface.
Combine salt and flour in another bowl. Make small well right in the middle of your flour mix then add in yeast and olive oil. Mix flour to the wet ingredients just until the all-purpose flour has incorporated well.
When dough becomes quite dry it might be good to add some water. Lightly dust some flour on any flat surface and place your dough on it and start to knead dough about 15 mins. until it’s elastic and smooth.
Shape your dough to a ball then place inside an oiled glass bowl. Get a damp towel then cover it for about half an hour then let it rise in any dry warm area and wait until dough doubles in size.
With pizza stones in your oven, start the preheating at 500′F, 1 hour prior to baking them.
For preparing chicken:
Heat your oil in frying pan on medium high flame. Put the pieces of your chicken. Saut� until it’s cooked for about 6 mins. then chill. Cover your chickens with about 2 tbsp. of BBQ sauce. Then set it aside inside the fridge.
To assemble Pizza:
Divide your dough in four equal parts and punch them down. Roll your dough to 6 to 8 inch flat circles. Evenly spread about 1/4 cup BBQ sauce on crust.
Layer half of cheese on sauce and distribute well half of cooked chicken on cheese. Arrange half your onion rings atop the pieces of chicken then place pizza inside oven (atop pizza stones) and bake it until the crust has crisped and Gouda cheese has bubbled for about 8 to 10 mins.
Take pizzas out of oven then sprinkle individual pizzas with half of cilantro.
