Ingredients:
7 ozs. Thinly sliced goat cheese
1 large premade pizza shell (preferably Boboli)
1 tsp. dried basil
2 cloves minced garlic
Olive oil for drizzling

Oven should be preheated around 450′ F. Layer out the goat cheese onto the shell and sprinkle the pepper, salt, basil and garlic. Next, spread the mushrooms and tomatoes. Then drizzle with some olive oil. Allow the pizza to rest about 5 mins prior to cooking.
Philly Cheese Steak Crescent Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can (8-ounce) refrigerated crescent rolls
1/2 tsp. instant bouillon, beef-flavor
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 ozs. cooked deli roast beef, thinly sliced
1 cup green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp. purchased Italian salad dressing
2 tbsps. olive or vegetable oil
1 cup onions, coarsely chopped
Directions:
Heat your oven about 375′ F. Roll out dough on an unoiled pan (13×9-inch). Press over the bottom and half an inch at the sides. Press together the perforations in order to seal.
Tightly wrap the roast beef inside a piece of foil and place the wrapped beef and dough into the oven. Next, bake for about 10 mins. at 375′ F or just until the crust has turned a light gold color. Remove from oven.
Layer the warm roast beef on the crust that has been cooked halfway. Spread some of the salad dressing on top. Sprinkle the cheese and then place in the oven once more and bake for another 8-10 mins. or just until crust’ edges have turned golden and mozzarella cheese has melted.
In another pan on medium heat, heat some oil and then add bouillon, bell pepper and onions. Cook them for about 3-5 mins. or until they are tender and stir all the while. Layer the vegetables that have been cooked on top of the melting cheese.
Cheesy BLT Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce size) thin pre-baked pizza shell
4 ozs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 cups shredded leaf lettuce
1 cup finely shredded Co-Jack cheese
3/4 cup chopped fresh tomato
7 slices bacon, cooked until crisp, chopped
olives, sliced (optional)
Directions:
Oven should be preheated at 400′ F. Onto a baking sheet, place your pre-baked pizza shell. Put in the oven for 5 mins just to heat it up or just until it is quite crisp. Take out of the oven. Cool.
Combine together seasoning (italian), pepper and cream cheese and spread this mixture on the shell up to 1/2-inch of the edge. Put cheese, tomato, bacon and lettuce on top. Put some olives on the top if you want. Cut the pizza in wedges. Serve.
Spinach And Goat Cheese French Bread Pizzas Recipe
Ingredients:
1 French roll; (7-inches-long)
1 sliced Hard-cooked egg
2 tbsps. chevre (goat cheese), Crumbled
2 cups Torn spinach
Vegetable cooking spray
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/2 clove minced Garlic
1/4 cup Tomato paste
1/4 tsp. Dried Italian seasoning
Directions:
Coat a skillet with vegetable spray and put torn spinach and cover while cooking on low heat for about 7 mins. or just until the spinach is wilted while occasionally stirring it. Season with some pepper then set it aside.
Cut the French roll lengthwise into 2 equal parts and with the cut sides up place them on the baking sheet and broil it for 2 mins. or just until it turns a golden color.
Mix together garlic, tomato paste and Italian seasoning then evenly spread out the mixture on French bread.
Layer with sliced egg, spinach mix and crumbled cheese and continue to broil for another 2 mins. or just until the cheese becomes soft.
Cheesy Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 refrigerated Pizza Crust
1 cup Monterey Jack, shredded
1 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
1 1/3 oz. Fresh Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. dried basil
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Oven should be heated to around 425′ F. Get a 13×9-inch pan or a 12-inch pizza pan and be sure to oil it well. Roll out pizza crust then place it inside the oiled pan. Press dough out using your hands to form a 1/2-inch rim.
Cook in the oven for about 7-9 mins. at around 425′ F or just until it turns a light gold color. Layer the shredded parmesan and dried basil on the partially baked pizza.
After basil layer in cheddar, Monterey jack and provolone cheeses. Drizzle the spaghetti sauce on the cheeses and continue baking for about 12-18 mins. at around 425′ F just until the crust turns deep golden in color.
Goat Cheese and Walnut Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
6 ozs. Fresh goat cheese
1 pizza crust
1/2 cup Walnuts
2 tbsps. Walnut or safflower oil
Directions:
Crumble up some goat cheese. Then sprinkle cheese on pizza crust. Toss together walnut (safflower) oil and walnuts inside a bowl and make sure that walnuts are evenly coated with oil. Spread out walnuts on pizza and then bake following the instructions.
Three-Cheese Pizza with Mushrooms and Basil Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc. (10-oz.) Italian cheese-flavored pizza crust (such as Boboli)
1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1 cup chunky vegetable pasta sauce
Cooking spray
2 tbsps. fresh basil, thinly-sliced
1 (8-oz.) pkg. pre-sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
Oven should be preheated around 450′ F. In a skillet with some cooking spray on medium-high flame, saut� the mushrooms for about 5 mins. and then remove out of the heat. Mix together parmesan and ricotta cheese.
In baking sheet, place the pizza crust and evenly spread out sauce on the crust but leave at least an inch for border. Spread evenly the ricotta and parmesan mixture and finish with a layer of mushrooms.
Finish with grated mozzarella and bake in the oven for 12 mins. or just until the crust has turned crispy then sprinkle the basil and slice in wedges prior to serving.
Alsatian Bacon and Fresh Cheese Tart Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
4 cups bread flour, plus flour for dusting
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 tbsp. kosher salt
oil, for bowl
1/4 lb. slab bacon, cubed
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced yellow onions
3 tbsps. yellow cornmeal, for dusting pan
1 large egg
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 cup grated Gruyere cheese
2 tbsps. water
Fromage Blanc
3/4 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
3 tbsps. plain yogurt
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Flaming tart otherwise known as “the flammekueche” is known as the Alsatian version of a pizza. This particular region has many rustic and homey restaurants which specializes in this dish. These floppy hot tarts after being cooked are removed from a wood-burning oven on a wooden peel and are directly served at the guest’s table, eaten while still steaming hot.
In a bowl dissolve the yeast in water (warm). Allow the mixture to stand for about 5 mins. Use a fork when mixing them together. Add half a cup bread flour. Mix thoroughly. Cover this mixture and allow it to stand for another 45 mins. Add in salt and cold water.
Also start adding a cup of your bread flour one at a time and stir thoroughly after the addition of each cup. When your dough is now too stiff for stirring, you can now transfer it to your board or any flat surface that has been lightly dusted with flour and then start kneading your dough until it is shiny and smooth.
This usually takes around 7-10 mins. Form it into a ball and place the dough inside a greased bowl. Make sure to turn the dough inside the bowl to evenly coat your dough�s entire surface. Cover bowl with cloth and allow to rise for 1 3/4 hrs or when its size doubles.
On medium heat on a skillet, cook bacon in oil and wait for the bacon to turn brown and bacon’s fat to melt. Get the crispy browned bacon out of your pan and set it aside. Add in onions to the skillet and saut� for 5 mins or until the onions are soft. Cool the saut�ed onions in room temp. Oven should be preheated to around 425′ F. Lightly dust with some cornmeal your baking sheet or a pizza stone. Set it aside.
Using a wire whisk, make sure to combine well the fromage blanc, 1 tablespoon of flour and egg. Set aside. Get your dough. Punch it down and then roll out into a big round shape or a rectangle depending on your desired shape. Put the shaped dough on your baking sheet and then spread some of your fromage blanc mix up until there is only 3/4 left at the edge.
Put some of your saut�ed onions as well as some browned bacon. Sprinkle some of your grated Gruyere cheese as well. The edges of your dough should be brushed with water. Cook & bake your pizza until it has a golden color for about 15-20 mins.
Leek Tomato Goat Cheese Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
3 ozs. crumbled Montrachet or Feta cheese
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsps. olive oil
3/4 cup chopped tomato
2 medium leeks, sliced thinly
Directions:
In a skillet on medium-low flame, melt the butter and saute leeks for 10 mins. until they are tender. Lightly season pepper and salt into the leeks. Add in parsley and stir to mix them and let the mixture cool.
Evenly spread out the leek mixture on the pizza shell and then place the chopped tomatoes on the top. Sprinkle with the crumbled cheese and then drizzle a tablespoon of oil all over the top. Bake in a 450′ F oven for 10 mins.
After it has cooked, just take it out of the oven and lightly brush with some olive oil the shell.
Caramelized Pear, Blue Cheese and Bacon Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tbsps. butter
2 med. pears, cored, each cut into 12 lengthwise slices
2 tbsps. firmly packed brown sugar
4 individual pizza crusts (8 inches in size)
1/2 cup alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
3/4 cup bacon bits (real)
Directions:
In a medium sized skillet, melt some butter and add in pears. Add in 2 tbsps. of the brown sugar and cook for about 2-3 mins until the brown sugar melts and the pears are coated all throughout with the melted sugar. Remove from the heat and set it aside.
Evenly spread at least 2 tablespoons of alfredo sauce in each of your pizza crusts and then layer with 3 tablespoons of blue cheese, 1/4 cup mozzarella, 6 slices of pear and 3 tablespoons of bacon. Transfer the crusts on a baking or cookie sheet.
Cook in the oven for about 6-8 mins. at around 425′ F until the toppings are bubbling up and they have turned a golden brown.
Cheese Lovers Pizza Squares Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
2 thinly sliced plum tomatoes
2 tbsps. parsley, chopped
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1 tsp. oregano
2 ozs. Diced pepperoni
8 ozs. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup sliced bell pepper
Directions:
Oven should be preheated to around 400′ F. Roll out dough in a 15×10-inch jelly roll pan then bake in the oven for about 12 mins. Afterwards, take out of the oven then spread the ricotta cheese on the crust.
Layer with shredded mozzarella and continue to bake again for about 6 mins. or just until the cheese melts. Finish with a sprinkling of parsley then cut in squares before serving.
Caramelized Onion And Gorgonzola Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (10 oz. size) refrigerated pizza dough
2 tsps. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1 large thinly sliced Vidalia onion
6 ozs. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
Directions:
Inside a skillet, melt the butter on moderate heat and saute Vidalia onions until they are dark brown and soft (this takes approx. around 25 mins.). Add in 1 teaspoon of sugar then continue to cook for a minute or two. Oven should be preheated to around 425′ F.
Lightly coat with oil any cookie sheet or pizza pan then press dough out into desired thickness. Evenly spread out onions on dough then top it with the Gorgonzola. Cook in the oven for about 10-12 mins. or just until it is done.
Mayonnaise Burrito Pizzas Recipe
Ingredients:
4 flour tortillas
8 ozs. EZ-Cheese cheddar
8 ozs. freshly squeezed Mayonnaise
8 ozs. ketchup
8 ozs. EZ-Cheese American
Directions:
Oven should be preheated around 350′ F. Arrange flour tortillas onto a cookie sheet. Combine together mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl and divide this mixture in 4 equal parts.
On each tortilla evenly spread out 1 portion of the mayonnaise and ketchup mixture. Top it then with equal portions of cheddar and american cheese and bake in the oven for about 15 to 20 mins. Serve while hot.
Cheesy Jalapeno And Egg Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
6 eggs
6 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
6 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
6 ozs. sliced jalapenos
Pepperoni, sliced
Directions:
Combine together jalapenos, cheese and eggs. Mix well. Put this mixture in any rectangular baking dish or casserole that you have.
Arrange the pepperoni slices on the top and bake in a 350′ F oven for about 10 to 15 mins until the cheese has turned golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 mins before cutting them into squares measuring about 2 inches each. Serve.
Classic Cheese Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. mozzarella, cut into 1/4 inch dice
1 oz. fresh yeast
or
1/2 oz. dried yeast
6 tbsps. freshly grated Parmesan
A pinch sugar
1/2 pint lukewarm water
14 ozs. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 pint tomato and garlic sauce
1/4 pint olive oil
corn meal (polenta)
Directions:
Inside a bowl with 3 tbsps. of warm water (110 to 115′ F), add in the pinch of sugar, crumbled yeast (fresh) or yeast that is dried then let this mixture rest for 2-3 mins.
Afterwards stir sugar and yeast in with warm water just until everything is dissolved and incorporated well. Place your bowl in any warm draft free area for 3-5 mins just until yeast is bubbling and mixture doubles its size.
If your yeast doesn’t bubble then start all over and with another batch of yeast.
Inside a bowl that has been warmed, sift together salt and flour then form a small well into the middle of flour mixture then add in bubbling yeast, about 3/8 pint of warm water (110 to 115′ F) then 3 tbsps. of oil. Incorporate this mixture well using fork or own fingers.
Form dough in a ball and place it on any board that has been lightly dusted with some flour then start kneading for 15 mins. just until dough becomes elastic, smooth and shiny.
Sprinkle flour on dough and place it inside a bowl then cover with towel or cloth. Place bowl with dough in any warm, draft-free area for 1.5 hrs. or just until dough is double its size.
Oven should now be preheated to around 450′ F. Then punch your down dough using your fist then cut about a quarter to form the 1st pizza. On any lightly floured surface, start kneading the little piece for 1 minute.
Flatten your dough ball to a round shape about an inch thick. Stretch your dough by turning then pulling it gently apart at the same time.
If dough is now 7-8 inches across, put dough onto a flat floured surface then pat dough until it is smooth, press together the tears or perforations in dough if there is any.
Roll out dough using a rolling pin, starting from middle to far edges then turn it clockwise afterwards each roll or until your dough is 10 inches across & 1/8 inch thick.
Flute or crimp the circle’s edge using thumbs just until a rim is formed. Put some cornmeal in any large sheet for baking then place your dough atop the corn meal.
Stretch then start kneading the remaining dough’s into three more pizza. Onto each of your pizzas, spread out about 6 tbsps. of tomato sauce using pastry brush but if you dont have one, just use a spoon’s back.
Sprinkle sauce with six tbsps. of diced mozzarella then about 2 tsp. of parmesan. Drizzle about 2 tbsp. of your oil on your pizza then bake on your oven’s lowest rack.
Reduce oven heat to around 400′F after five mins. then cook it again for 10 mins. or until crust turns light brown in color and filling bubbles.
Cheesy Pepper and Mushroom Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1 package active dry yeast
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon cornmeal
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese, drained
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium green or red sweet pepper
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Nonstick spray coating
Directions:
For the dough: Combine together salt, yeast and sugar in an electric mixer then add in oil & about half a cup of warm water (120′ F). On low speed on the mixer beat the ingredients well for 30 secs.
Increase speed to high and continue to beat for another 3 mins. Add in the remainder of flour.
Start kneading the dough on a lightly floured flat surface so that a kind of stiff pizza dough forms and feels elastic and smooth (takes 5 mins.).
Form dough in a ball and put inside a well oiled bowl and turn it around so all sides of the dough are coated well.
Cover with cloth or towel and allow to rise in a warm area until it doubles in size (30 mins.). After 30 mins. is up, punch dough down and cover again to allow it to rest for another 10 mins.
Lightly flour any surface and roll out dough in a 14-inch round shape. Put the dough inside a pizza pan that has been sprayed with some nonstick cooking spray and dusted with some cornmeal.
Form a rim around the edges then bake the crust for 10 mins. at 425′ F until it becomes light brown.
Mix inside a blender the pepper, salt, parmesan, egg, basil and cottage cheese until it appears smooth. Evenly spread out this mixture on the pizza crust.
Slice the green peppers in rings and place them on top the pizza with some mushrooms. Finish with a sprinkling of shredded mozzarella and bake once more for 10 mins. at 425′ F until it is heated through.
Bell Pepper, Red Onion, And Goat Cheese Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (10-oz. size) fully baked thin pizza crust (such as Boboli)
1 pkg. (5-oz. size) soft fresh goat cheese, coarsely crumbled (or mozzarella, fontina, gorgonzola)
1/2 cupred onion,sliced paper-thin
1/2 cup drained roasted red peppers from jar, cut into thin strips
3 cups baby spinach leaves, packed
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 cup mushrooms, thickly sliced
8 large fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
Directions:
Oven should be preheated to around 425′ F. In a baking sheet, place the fully baked pizza on it. In a bowl, stir together garlic and olive oil.
Brush about 2 tbsps. of the garlic oil on the crust. Arrange spinach and layer the slices of red onion, roasted peppers, crumbled cheese, mushrooms and basil leaves. Drizzle the remainder of garlic oil atop the pizza.
Bake in the oven for 18 mins. or just until cheese turns brown and the crust starts to get crispy. Take pizza out of the oven and slice in wedges before serving them hot.
Cheese Steak Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 prepared pizza crust (12 inch in size)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce or pizza sauce
1 pkg. (6 ounces) Grilled Beef Steak Strips
2 cups Shredded Cheese
Sliced green pepper and onion
Directions:
Evenly spread out the barbeque sauce on the pizza crust.
Put the cheese, onions, green peppers and beef strips on the top and then place the pizza on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for about 8-10 mins just until the cheese has melted at a temperature of 450′ F.
