Buffalo Chicken Wing Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

1 med. pizza crust
1/2 cup chicken wing sauce, ready-made
OR
3 ozs. hot sauce
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
3/4 lb. chicken pieces
2 tbsp. Creole seasoning
3 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup oil, for frying
1/2 cup flour
6 tbsp. melted butter
4 ozs. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

In plastic or ziplock bag, mix Cajun seasoning (Use Emeril’s Essence) and flour. Place chicken cuts inside bag one or two at a time, then shake it until chickens are covered with your flour mixture.

In your frying pan heat some oil then cook chicken for 20 mins. turning it occasionally.

Heat your oven at 425′F. Take out chicken from the pan and let it cool. Cut your chicken to 1/2 inch pieces.

Mix about 2 tsp. of your hot sauce into the cooked chicken. Spread out pizza crust on a greased baking pan that is about 14″diameter. Mix blue cheese dressing and chicken wing sauce together.

Evenly spread out sauce on the dough. Layer chicken pieces to your sauce then sprinkle mozzarella on top the cooked chicken layer. Sprinkle blue cheese atop mozzarella.

Put inside oven and bake for 20 mins. at around 425′F or when cheese turns light brown in color.
