Artichoke and Red Pepper Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
Freshly cracked pepper
1 Boboli Thin Pizza Shell
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 cup parts skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup red bell pepper, julienned
1 tsp. dried basil
5 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 jar mushrooms, drained and sliced
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (not in oil)
Directions:
In a skillet that is nonstick, heat some oil and cook then simmer all the ingredients together except for the cheese until they are tender. Layer the simmered ingredients on the Boboli shell then top it with shredded cheese. Cook in the oven as per instructions on the package of Boboli.
Cheese Steak Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 prepared pizza crust (12 inch in size)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce or pizza sauce
1 pkg. (6 ounces) Grilled Beef Steak Strips
2 cups Shredded Cheese
Sliced green pepper and onion
Directions:
Evenly spread out the barbeque sauce on the pizza crust.
Put the cheese, onions, green peppers and beef strips on the top and then place the pizza on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for about 8-10 mins just until the cheese has melted at a temperature of 450′ F.
Kid Sized Southwest Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pita bread rounds
16 ozs. Can of refried beans
4 ozs. Drained and chopped green chilies
1/2 cup diced tomato
3/4 cup cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
6 tbsps. sour cream
Directions:
Oven should be preheated around 400′ F. In a greased sheet for baking, place the pita bread on it and bake for about 8 mins or just until they turn crisp (turn them after baking for 4 mins). Cool them slightly.
Mix together chilies and beans and then spread about a third of the bean mix on the individual pita bread rounds. Evenly divide the diced tomatoes among the pita breads. Top with the shredded cheese.
Bake in the oven for 8 mins or just until the pita’s are quite hot and the cheese on top has melted. Take it out of the oven and then put a fourth of a cup of the lettuce and a tbsp. of sour cream. Serve.
Turkey Club Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Refrigerated Pizza Dough
4 ozs. Deli Sliced Turkey Meat
2 tsps. Sesame seeds
1 small thinly sliced Tomato
1 cup Jack cheese, Shredded
1/2 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. Basil
1 tsp. Lemon zest
6 slices Bacon — Cooked And Drained
Directions:
Roll out crust on a cookie or baking sheet and sprinkle the sesame seeds and then bake in a 425′ F oven for about 10 mins. Combine together the zest of the lemon and mayonnaise and spread this over pizza crust evenly. Finish by topping with the remainder of the ingredients on the pizza in any order that you like and bake in the oveLearn more about for another 7 to 9 mins.
California Pizza Kitchen�s Thai Chicken Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsps. active dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
Topping
1/2 lb. chicken breast, cut in 1/4-inch strips
1 shredded carrot
3 tbsps. brewed tea
3 1/2 tbsps. peanut butter
2 tbsps. soy sauce
3 tbsps. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. minced ginger
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp. green onions
2 tsps. chili oil
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tsps. honey
2 tbsps. toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Directions:
To make dough: Inside a bowl, mix together honey and warm water and be sure to incorporate them well. Then sprinkle yeast on water and be sure to stir the mixture so that it will dissolve. Allow the yeasty mixture to rest for about 5 mins. or just until a foamy layer appears on its surface.
In a bowl, mix together salt and flour then form a small well in the middle of flour & salt mixture then add in olive oil & yeast mixture.
Flour should be stirred into wet ingredients just until flour has been totally incorporated into it. If quite dry then add some water.
Lightly flour a surface and place your dough on it then start kneading for about 15 mins. or just until dough appears elastic and smooth.
Form dough in balls and place inside a large well greased bowl. Then cover it with damp cloth or towl and allow to rise in any warm area just until dough has doubled in size (usually 1.5 hrs.).
To make topping: Mix together peanut butter, tea, rice vinegar, soy sauce, chili oil, ginger, honey and sesame oil inside a blender.
Blend them until they are smooth then set it aside. In a skillet, saut� the strips of chicken that have been seasoned with some salt and red pepper in about 2 tbsps. olive oil just until they are done (7mins.).
The strips of chicken should then be coated in about 2 tbsps. of peanut sauce and refrigerate. Punch down dough and cut in two equal parts. Each half of dough should then be rolled out in 9-inch flat circles.
Evenly spread out 1/4 cup of peanut sauce on individual pizza crusts and distribute half of shredded cheese on top your sauce and repeat this procedure on other pizza dough as well.

Arrange half of cooked chicken on top shredded cheese and do the same with the other pizza.
Put the assembled pizzas inside your oven (atop pizza stones) for 8 to 10 mins then bake them until the crust has turned crisp and mozzarella cheese bubbles. Take the cooked pizzas out of your oven then sprinkle them with cilantros and carrots
Broccoli Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (12-inch) Boboli Pizza Crust
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 tbsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 cup red pepper cut into strips
1 pkg. (8 ounce) mozzarella cheese, shredded & divided
1 cup small broccoli flowerets
1/2 cup yellow squash, sliced
Directions:
Oven should be preheated to around 450′ F. Stir in together garlic and oil to make garlic oil and brush evenly on the crust of the Boboli pizza.
Layer the pizza with a cup of cheese, florets of broccoli, red onions, sliced squash, strips of red pepper and the other cup of shredded mozzarella and finish with a sprinkling of oregano. Cook in the oven for 8 to 10 mins. or just until the cheese melts.
California Pizza Kitchen Original BBQ Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2 cups Gouda cheese
10 ozs. chicken breast – boned and skinned
2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cilantro
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 small red onion – sliced into rings
Directions:
For pizza dough:
Dissolve honey in warm water inside a glass bowl. Sprinkle yeast on water then mix it until yeast dissolves. Allow yeast mix to rest for about 5 mins. or until foam layer appears on its surface.
Combine salt and flour in another bowl. Make small well right in the middle of your flour mix then add in yeast and olive oil. Mix flour to the wet ingredients just until the all-purpose flour has incorporated well.
When dough becomes quite dry it might be good to add some water. Lightly dust some flour on any flat surface and place your dough on it and start to knead dough about 15 mins. until it’s elastic and smooth.
Shape your dough to a ball then place inside an oiled glass bowl. Get a damp towel then cover it for about half an hour then let it rise in any dry warm area and wait until dough doubles in size.
With pizza stones in your oven, start the preheating at 500′F, 1 hour prior to baking them.
For preparing chicken:
Heat your oil in frying pan on medium high flame. Put the pieces of your chicken. Saut� until it’s cooked for about 6 mins. then chill. Cover your chickens with about 2 tbsp. of BBQ sauce. Then set it aside inside the fridge.
To assemble Pizza:
Divide your dough in four equal parts and punch them down. Roll your dough to 6 to 8 inch flat circles. Evenly spread about 1/4 cup BBQ sauce on crust.
Layer half of cheese on sauce and distribute well half of cooked chicken on cheese. Arrange half your onion rings atop the pieces of chicken then place pizza inside oven (atop pizza stones) and bake it until the crust has crisped and Gouda cheese has bubbled for about 8 to 10 mins.
Take pizzas out of oven then sprinkle individual pizzas with half of cilantro.
Breakfast Pizza Recipe II
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. sausage, hot or mild
8 oz. tube crescent rolls
1 1/2 cup hash browns, thawed and crumbled
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
7 eggs beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsps. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
In a skillet, cook the sausage then drain it. In a well greased 12-inch pizza pan, roll out your dough and seal the edges. Put the cooked sausage. Next, sprinkle the hash browns. Mix together salt, pepper, milk and eggs and pour this mixture over the hash browns and sausage. Lastly, sprinkle on the cheeses and bake for about 22-25 mins in a 350 degree oven.
Simple Pizza Dough Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast
3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsps. olive oil
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of sugar
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients together inside your food processor except for the lukewarm water. Pulse the mixture to incorporate all of the ingredients well together. Turn the machine on while slowly drizzling water to the mixture until a soft ball of dough is formed. Just let your dough ball be processed inside the food processor so that it is kneaded. Get your dough out of the food processor and on a lightly floured board or surface.
Start to knead it for a couple of minutes or just till it gets elastic. In a well oiled bowl, place the dough mixture and leave it to rest just until the dough has doubled in its size. After it has doubled in size, take it out of the bowl. Punch it down to release the air. Divide into two equal portions. Roll them out to make four medium sized pizza crusts that will be sufficient for 4 persons.
Preheat your oven to 400′ F for about 30 mins. if you are going to be using a pizza stone. When just using the regular oven then preheating should only be 10 to 15 minutes in 400′ F. On the back of your baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal, you can place your crust and then cook inside the oven for about 8 mins.
After 8 mins. take it out of the oven and top with your desired toppings. Put it back in the oven for another 8 minutes or just until the crusts appear golden or the cheese is bubbling.
Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can (10 ounce size) Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
7 pcs. string cheese
20 slices Pepperoni
Directions:
Preheat oven around 425′ F and lightly grease a 13×9-inch pan. Roll out dough then press into the bottom of the pan with at least an inch up at the sides. Arrange sting cheese pieces at the edges inside of the dough.
Fold an inch of the dough around and over the string cheese then press the dough’s edges together for sealing. Evenly spread out sauce on pizza crust and layer mozzarella and pepperoni as well.
Bake in the oven for about 15-18 mins. around 425′ F until cheese melts and crust has turned a golden brown.
Make-Ahead French Bread Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 loaf french bread
3 cups Spaghetti Sauce
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
3 ozs. Slices of pepperoni
Directions:
Assemble the recipe the same day that you are going to serve it.
Sore in your refrigerator by freezing the following ingredients: Sauces should be stored in a container that holds about 3 cups, the cheese separated in 2 bags that are each a quart, and the pepperoni in another bag while your bread is wrapped in foil.
When ready to serve just thaw out your French bread, cheeses, pepperoni and sauce. Cut the bread lengthwise into 2 and spread a layer of the sauce. Arrange the slices of pepperoni and put in the cheeses on both halves of the bread.
Oven should be set to around 550′ F or to broiling and then put the halves on a baking sheet and bake them until the mozzarella melts. Slice in pieces and then serve
Pita Pizza For One Recipe
Ingredients:
1 large pita bread round, split horizontally
2 tbsps. pizza sauce
3 ozs. lean ground beef
2 tbsps. canned mushrooms, chopped
1 tbsp. mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tbsps. green pepper, chopped
1/8 tsp. crushed dried oregano
Red Pepper, Crushed (optional)
Directions:
Cook green pepper and beef in a skillet until the meat has browned the peppers have become soft. Drain the drippings. Add in sauce, oregano and mushrooms then continue cooking, stirring occasionally for a minute or just until the meat mix has been thoroughly heated.
Evenly spread out the meaty mixture on the half of pita and you can top it with some red pepper if you want. Layer the shredded mozzarella and then place the pita rounds on baking sheet. Cook by broiling the pita pizzas about 3-4 inches away from the heat for 2 mins. or just until the cheese has melted.
Homemade Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz. active baker’s yeast
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/4 cup warm water (110-115� F)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 small onion, chopped
1 med. Diced green pepper
15 ozs. tomato sauce
1 tsp. dried basil
Directions:
In a bowl, combine sugar, yeast and the warm water and make sure that yeast is fully dissolved. Let this stand for about 5 mins. Add in the salt and oil and put in 1 cup of flour one at a time and wait for a soft ball of dough to form.
Lightly dust a flat surface with some flour and then put your dough on it and start kneading until the dough becomes elastic and smooth. This will take around 2 to 3 mins.
Put the dough in a well oiled bowl and turn it so that all sides of the dough will be coated with oil and let it rise covered in a warm place until dough has risen to double its size for around 45 mins.
In a skillet, cook the onions and beef until browned and then drain well. Punch down on the dough to release air and then cut into 2 equal portions. Lightly grease 2 12-inch pizza or pie pan and press out each of the dough into the pans.
Mix together basil, oregano and tomato sauce and then spread evenly over the crusts. Layer the green peppers and beefy mixture and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in the oven for about 25 to 30 mins at 400′ F or just until the crust has browned.
Boboli Pizza Crust Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 cup water
2 & 1/4 cups warm water
6 tbsps. olive oil, + extra for pans
6 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
In a bowl dissolve the yeast in 2 &1/4 cups of warm water (105′ F). Let the mixture rest for about 2 minutes. Then add all of your ingredients 1 by 1 and combine them well together. Put your dough out on a lightly floured board. Knead the dough for 10 mins.
Put it back into your bowl after kneading and cover with a damp clean cloth or towel. Let the dough rise for about 30-40 minutes.
Equally divide your dough in three equal portions and put them separately in three pie pans that have been greased with olive oil.
Dimple the dough using your fingers. Then you put on the top a herb mixture: some coarse salt (or you can use kosher salt too), freshly ground black pepper, some chopped up thyme and rosemary. (If you have dried herbs it is best to immerse them first in water for about 10 mins and pat them to dry using paper towels before chopping).
Let the dough rise for about 50-60 minutes.
In your oven, bake the dough for 25 mins. at 350′ F. After they are cooked, you can also dip them in some olive oil.
Deep Dish Pizza Crust Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/8 cup olive oil
2 jumbo eggs at room temperature
2 tbsps. thyme
1 cup warm water
1 pkg. rapid rise yeast
2 tsps. Sugar
Directions:
In a bowl combine the warm water, sugar and yeast. Make sure to whisk all of them together. After mixing them together set the mixture aside. Let it rest for about 10 mins. In another bowl combine the salt & flour. Sift them together and then sprinkle the thyme.
Slowly incorporate the eggs in the yeast mix. In the dry ingredient mix of flour, salt and thyme, pour the yeast and egg mixture until you have some semblance of a dough that is quite sticky. Lightly flour a flat surface for kneading and put your sticky dough on it. Knead well for 5 mins until the dough does not feel sticky to the touch anymore. Make it into the shape of a ball.
On a well greased bowl, put the dough mixture and turn it around to evenly coat the other sides and cover with a damp cloth. Then let the dough rise for about 2 to 3 hrs. or until it has doubled its size.
Thoroughly grease a 12-inch pizza pan and get it ready. Pull out your dough and transfer it to the pan and punch it down on the bottom. With your own hands, slowly move the dough and spread it around the pan’s bottom and about 2/3 of the way up the side of the pan. Set it aside and let it rise again for about 10 mins. Lightly brush the crust with some olive oil. Then you can add your desired toppings.
Bacon Cheeseburger Upside-Down Pizza Recipe
Serves 6
For Filling:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 med. onion, quartered, sliced
1 med. bell pepper, cut into bite-size strips
6 strips bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chunky pizza sauce
3 Italian plum tomatoes
6 slices Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to around 400′ F.
In a big saucepan cook your bell peppers, onion and lean beef. Make sure to brown the beef. Put in the slices of bacon that were crumbled and also add the chunky sauce. Evenly spoon out the mixture into an ungreased baking pan (13×9 inches). Sprinkle with the tomatoes on top and also do the same for the slices of cheese.
For Topping:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 slices of bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
In a bowl, slightly beat the eggs. Add in oil and milk. Mix together well. Next, add the carefully measured flour and then the salt. Make sure to beat this for 2 mins on medium speed. Pour this mixture over the slices of cheese and then sprinkle again with some of the bacon crumbles.
In our 400′ F oven, bake this for about 20-30 mins until the crust turns a nice golden brown and the toppings appear to be puffed slightly.
